Payments

For all domestic orders within the US, we accept all major credit cards, paypal, cashier's check or money order.

For international orders, we only accept bank wire transfer. Please contact us online before placing your order.

Shipping Information

For faster processing we ship our items from two facilities located on the East Coast (New York) or West Coast (Arizona). For Kendall Howard products, items will be shipped out from Minnesota. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from receipt of order (excluding weekend and holidays).

We ship via UPS or FEDEX within the continental US on orders below 150 pounds. Heavier or oversized items must be shipped via freight (truck services). If shipping charge differs from what you paid on the website, we will notify you to get an approval before shipping.

A tracking number is furnished once the shipment has left the warehouse. If you have not received the tracking information within 72 hours, please email us online and provide sales order number.

Free Ground shipping only applies to the US 48 Contiguous States.

Refund, Exchange and Return

If we sent you the wrong items: please contact us immediately to obtain an RMA# so that we can arrange the return of the incorrect item and replace it at no cost to you.

If your item was damaged during transit, you must report it to the carrier immediately and file a claim.

If you need to exchange or request a refund for an order placed by mistake: A 20% restocking fee will be applied. Please contact us within 30 days to obtain an RMA#. Returned items must be in their original condition. We reserve the right to decline the refund or exchange based on the condition of the items. Damaged items will not be refunded if they are not in a resellable condition, we recommend you to insure your packages. (Unfortunately, we can't refund the shipping charges unless we shipped the items by mistake)
