Shipping

  We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from receipt of order (excluding weekend and holidays). For faster processing we ship our items from two facilities located on the East Coast (New York) or West Coast (Arizona). For Kendall Howard products, items will be shipped out from Minnesota.

  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

  Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

  Free Ground shipping only applies to the US 48 Contiguous States. Additional fee for address on Alaska, HI, PR and Canada.

 

Refund, Exchange and Return

  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We offer 30 days exchange or credit guarantee. Just return items in original condition and unused along with a copy of the receipt (shipping charge is non-refundable unless order error was made from our part). If the order was shipped to you for Free, and the reason for return isn't a result of our error, then the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Items are subject to up to 20% restocking fee. International orders are non-refundable (orders made outside the US).
